Delivery and Returns

At Mamma Fashionista we try to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Dispatch of your order takes place within 24 hours making delivery between 1-3 days for UK customers and 4-10 days for Southern Ireland customers. (Most orders require a signature on receipt)

The cost of delivery is just £3.95 for all UK and Channel Island customers

While we will endeavour to deliver Products to you as soon as possible we shall not be liable for any failure to make delivery within the time estimated.

Returns

We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied you may return your goods within 10 days for an exchange or full refund. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate and proof of purchase/value of your goods, when you return any goods. Unfortunately, we do not refund postage and packaging if an item is returned as these are both direct costs.

Please note: All items requiring refund must be returned to us unused and in their original condition.

What happens if my return gets lots in the post?

In the unlikely event that the item you are returning to us should go missing you will need to complete a "Lost, damaged or delayed inland mail claims form" which is available from your local Post Office

Unfortunately mammafashionista.co.uk cannot accept responsibility or make refunds on items that may get lost in transit.
